How do I build boards and link panels?
Defined's modular board system lets you create custom layouts with linked panels. For a step-by-step guide on building boards, adding panels, and linking them together, check out Academy mode which will walk you through everything interactively. You can find and activate it in the bottom left of the sidebar:

Can I connect and trade with a different wallet?
No. Defined uses Relay for token trading, which creates a separate trading wallet funded with USDC. You can deposit USDC from any wallet to your Defined Solana wallet, or use MoonPay to buy USDC directly.
How does the mobile app work with Defined?
The Defined mobile app and Defined (desktop) share the same account and wallets. Boards created on desktop don't sync to mobile as they operate differently, but your funds, watchlists, tracked wallets, and portfolio are shared across both platforms.
Do I need gas to trade?
Rarely. Defined sponsors transactions on Ethereum, Base, and Polygon (gasless). Solana transactions use a paymaster (also gasless). For other networks, Relay automatically tops up your gas when you make your first trade on that network.
What charting solution does Defined use?
Defined uses TradingView's advanced charting library for professional-grade technical analysis. Charts include multiple timeframes, technical indicators, drawing tools, and real-time price data.
Will Defined support new networks as they launch?
Most likely, yes. Defined aims to support major networks shortly after launch (via our Data API, Codex.io. Network support is added to both the data/discovery side and the trading side as soon as possible.
How is trending calculated? Can I pay to have a token be trending?
Trending is algorithm-driven based on actual trading activity - volume, price movement, and transaction count. Unlike other platforms, Defined has no paid placements or ads. Tokens rank purely on market activity.
How can I report an issue or request a feature?
Use the feedback option in the app's settings menu, or contact us directly.
For bugs or other issues with the app or web platform, include your Defined UserID, screenshots of the issue, and describe in detail what you were doing when the issue occurred and the expected outcome.
